[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Nespresso machine. My first one I bought in 2015 and works great so I am giving away to upgrade! Great quality and very simple to use. Perfect coffee everytime.

I can get some sleeves with a bit more wake me up, or some more mild! The touch of frothy on top makes every morning feel like your on cloud nine!!

Went through 2 machines in one year! Each one worked for 6 months - absolutely nuts!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re happy to see you were able to speak with a Machine Expert and arranged to receive a replacement machine. For best maintenance for your new VertuoPlus, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.
