Best Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had drank a lot of different coffee and tried many machines but this is by far the best machine and coffee I have ever drank! The smooth, velvety, creamy goodness is amazing everytime!

Best coffee EVER

We went on vacation and they hotel had Nespresso machines - I was hooked ... As soon as I came home I got a Nespresso and have LOVED it ever since. For coffee lovers this is a MUST!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vertuo is beautiful and looks great in my kitchen, it looks very high end. What's cool is the the Nespresso pods are different sizes based on the amount of espresso/coffee you want so the coffee is not getting watered down. It can also brew a whole pitcher of coffee! The pods also look and taste great.
Pros: Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
Cons: Not enough variety of espressos available, Does not have a built-in milk frother

Love My Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Nespresso as a Christmas gift and it has been a game changer for my morning coffee. I love how rich and frothy the coffee comes out. It is better than the coffee shop and has saved me money by being able to brew a delicious cup of coffee and espresso at home!

Terrible machine

I bought the Vertuo Next Coffee machine one year ago. At first it was working fine. After 2 months the machine started to not work properly. Water leaks underneath the Vertuo Next machine consistently. The coffee was not hot. I called customer service and they ran me through a cleaning and factory reset. The machine continue to leak underneath and then started to leak coffee underneath. Nespresso sent me a new machine.
The new Vertuo Next machine was working fine and then after 3 months it started to leak water underneath. I think the machine leaks more water then it brews coffee. I factory reset, descaling and cleaned. The machine continue to leak water from underneath during each brew. The Virtuo Next does not provide me with 7.77 Fl OZ of coffee. I get about 5 fl oz at best. This machine is a wreck and disappointment.
