Ours is also leaking!

Help! We got our machine as a gift 3 weeks ago and it’s leaking out of control. It’s unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty But Not Very Good

I bought this in November and at first I liked it. It is pretty and I liked having more flavors etc. And the coffee was hot.
Now the coffee is barely hot and every cup requires you heat the coffee cup first. And the coffee isn’t as good as the old machine was. The coffee just looks fancier.
And as far as I can tell there is no reason for it to be connected to wifi.
I never thought I would say this but the Smart Keurig is better.
It is too expensive Just to be Pretty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this in May as a Mother’s Day gift it started leaking water from the top sides about 2 months after that and they have replaced it 2 more times each having the same issue. I asked if I could just pay to upgrade to a different model, but they will not let me. They are having this 3rd one sent back for repair. This leaves me without a machine 2-4 weeks. 3 machines same problem all within 6 months. I have yet to go through 10 sleeves of coffee since May. I do not recommend this model!

This is my second Nespresso machine and it didn’t last just like my first one (Vertuo Next). It leaks all over my counter.

Additionally, be sure to empty the capsule container, as the normal backflow from the Vertuo Next machine can be perceived as a leak. No Issues a Year In

While helping a friend look for a Nespresso, I decided to read some reviews on the model that I have & was honestly pretty surprised to see the low rating. I received my Vertuo Next as a Christmas gift last year (2020) and have loved it ever since. My machine has not had any issues, other than needing to be cleaned two or three times, & I use it several times a week. With so many reviews mentioning leaking, I am wondering if newer ones are being made with different pieces or material that is causing this issue. Either way, the coffee I make with my Vertuo and milk frother (I have the silver one with four different buttons) is honestly just as good to me as any cafe & know I have saved so much money over the past year by making my lattes and coffees at home instead of going out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great machine so far

The bad reviews scared me but I still purchased it. It's worked awesome since day one, best coffee I've ever had. Spouse and I have made numerous of coffees on since we first purchased it. We been extremely happy with it and hopefully it doesn't break on us like most people have been reviewing about. Almost 2 months with it we'll see how it goes from here!

Wish the coffee was hot

I bought on 1/1/22 as a spontaneous birthday present to me. Coffee is delicious, but it's not hot enough. I wish you could increase the temperature settings, I would prefer not having to preheat my mug. Additionally, I loved the milk frother when I sampled it...but it never appears to work when I use mine.the button flashes red. It doesn't heat up the milk or froth. Is there a min amount you need to add in order to froth the milk? I cleaned the frother after each use, and it still doesn't work
