Great machine, First 2 Arrived broken

Reason i have to take a star off was that it took our third delivery of the machine, to get one that ACTUALLY WORKED. And, they couldn't even replace it with the color that was originally ordered (even though i could rebuy it on the website no problem. If this did not happen, it would be 5 stars

Awesome coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is awesome. its small on my counter and makes a great tasting coffee. it is way less watery than other single serve coffee makers i have tried. i like how the pod is disposed of. its easy to set up and i have had no issues with using it. its a little nosier than i expected but i dont mind at all! i might need to buy another one for my dads house!

Best coffee and machine hands down. I've been using this for 3 years and cant say enough good things about it. Everyone that tries it ends up getting a vertuo machine for themselves!

Beautiful and amazing coffee

The coffee is delicious and so much better then using the small nespresso pods. We have become real nespresso fans. The coffee comes out very hot and has a delicious foam on top. The pods have a wonderful strong brew which we love.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Other, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Comes with a milk frother, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design
