Great Machine for To Go Orders from Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vertuo Next was a Christmas gift for my wife and I a few years ago, when it was released. We've been very impressed with the quality of coffee and the different flavors from all these new capsules. We really enjoy the time it takes to make a to go cup when we head to work. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to try something new. You will not be disappointed. We've already convinced 4 of our friends to get one and they haven't been disappointed either.

Defective 1st Veturo but quick replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first veturo was a mothers day gift last year from my husband last year and all went smoothly until about a few weeks ago when it would no longer brew, even after cleaning and descaling a few times. I will say Nespressso’s customer service is great. They were quick to hop on a video call and that’s when I learned that the machiene I had was defective after a few attempts to fix. Was able to get a replacement quickly, about 3 biz days with instructions on I send back my defective one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this coffee machine as a means to save money and so far it’s been working! I haven’t been to a coffee shop as often as I used to, and overall, the cost for the espresso/coffee pods are a lot but in the long run you save a lot of money. The machine works great, just don’t forget to clean your machine once a week. The pods are great too, but it may take awhile to find the right one for you and your tastes. I got lucky with what I got, but if you don’t like the samples—that is okay. You will find the right flavor or taste soon enough. I love my coffee machine, especially after finding the right pods (the over-ice pods).

Died after a couple months of light use

Very disappointed in this machine and I do not recommend it. I have used other Nespresso machines that have been outstanding, I have owned the Creatista since 2017 and the Evoluo since 2020 and they still work perfectly, but this one has been a huge disappointment. We got it in September of 2022 and it was dead before Christmas, completely dead, no power to the machine at all. We didn't even use it very often, once every few days maybe. We have tried a different outlet (still would not power on) and tried the troubleshooting steps but when it won't power on at ALL there are no troubleshooting steps to try. No lights come on, no sound, nothing happens at all. When it died I started to research the problem online to try and fix it myself and if you search the internet for Vertuo Next not working no power at all you will find TONS of sites where people complain about this model. I did do a chat here on the Nespresso site and they say they are sending me a new Vertuo Next but I have absolutely no optimism about that since so many of the stories that I have read so far mention that the replacements quickly died, and then the replacements for the replacement also die within months. I strongly urge you to explore a different model or brand, this one is not good and Nespresso KNOWS it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
