Great feature and makes amazing coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Nespresso Vertuo Next as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love It. It has amazing features and is very easy to use. A cool feature It has is how the pods dispose through the back into a little compartment keep them all together and easy to dispose! I highly recommend! I am always making lattes and my favorite Nespresso pod is the Dolce!

Buy a different machine!

I am currently shopping for a new vertuo machine because I have so many pods left, and this machine broke on me. I got this machine a little over a year ago (just past the warranty) and it stopped brewing coffee. The light doesn't even turn on anymore when I plug it back in. I talked to the service people and they told me to descale it even though it does not even suck up water! I am unbelievable disappointed in Nespresso for still selling this machine since I hear so many people complaining about this machine. Save your money and get a different machine! This will barely last a year! I am not a person to overuse the machine either, I used it at most once a day and it still broke. For the money you pay for this machine, it should last more than a year. I have a 8 year old Keurig that is still running. Again I am so disappointed in Nespresso I truly loved this machine until it broke on me!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hooked on My Nespresso

Love my Nespresso Machine
