Coffee is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was looking for a replacement for the keurig I got several years ago, it was tough due to the similar options available. The vertuo next is the maker I decided upon, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The only problem is that the coffee pods are not sold in stores. However, the quality is addictive.
Pros: Easy to Use, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)
Cons: Other

Simplifies My Morning Coffee Routine

Dead Machine

Very strange timing, but same experience as the another user stated. Yesterday the machine worked fine, today it is just suddenly dead. There is absolutely no troubleshooting help available, no hard reset, nothing that can be done. Other appliances plugged into the same breaker still work fine, so I don't believe it was a power surge or anything like that. I've owned 4-5 different Nespresso machines over the years, and this model seems to be the worst based on this experience and the overall reviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original machine leaked from first use and was never really hot enough. I contacted customer service and they quickly shipped a replacement which works lovely. I love the ease of use and ability of the machine to read the capsules and brew each one perfectly.

I love my nespresso!! The quality of the coffee is just 10/10. Bought it so I don’t feed into my starbucks craving. Love the frother as well, it can froth both hot and cold foam!!

Drinks aren’t hot enough

I love how compact and convenient this machine is, but I find that it doesn’t heat the coffee to the right temperature. It’s too cool! I wish I knew how to make the coffee hotter and then it would be perfect.

Thank you for reviewing your Vertuo Next machine. Our machines won't brew as hot as drip coffee makers but should still be warm enough to be enjoyable. We recommend allowing the machine to preheat for at least 5 minutes and prewarming your cup. If you are concerned that your machine may not be operating correctly we're happy to help. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Keurig and my mom kept encouraging us to replace it. We finally have and are we never ever looking back! So much fun--we are drinking more coffee because we are enjoying it so much. My tip is to be sure you can leave the foamer out--you will use it more. I also got a sliding tray that I'm storing the pods in and the machine sits right on top. This is beautiful AND it makes awesome coffee!
