Coffee has changed forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend gifted me a Nespresso Vertuo Next for Christmas last year and it’s been the best thing ever! Coffee is great now! My own mini coffee shop better than Starbucks! I had to replace my machine once but customer service was so helpful and attentive!!! Especially at 1am in the morning!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Faulty model

First one broke in 3 months (stopped recognizing pods). A replacement was sent that had the same problem within 6 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to Use!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine makes a perfect cup every time, whether you choose a shot of espresso or a cup of coffee. It is simple to set up and start using. The quality of the coffee is great! I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to try it. Life is too short for bad coffee!!!

Not my favorite

I got this machine to replace my 3 year old Verturo Plus model that broke and was out of warranty. It works and it looks nice on my counter, but the manual open and twist capsule mechanism is such a pain. It's irritating that this is model is more expensive than the Plus, which has a motorized capsule closing mechanism.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used to spent way too much on coffee, ever since we started really using our Nespresso it’s saved us so much time and money. Makes amazing drinks, everhthing from full mugs of coffee to shots to make americanos, lates, and macchiatos. Couldn’t recommend this enough.
