Horrible

Hands down the WORST machine. Our 4th one died today after only having for 5 months. It’s too bad they can’t figure out how to build a machine that works. Do NOT buy. Not worth the heart ache.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Great quality coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Nespresso Vertuo Next! From the crema on top to the rich flavor, it is hard to make coffee any other way at my house. The machine is rather quiet and makes coffee much quicker than a drip system. I have not tried a carafe yet, but anything from a single espresso to double espresso to a cup is quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this Nespresso machine to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Variety and service is SO GOOD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this machine and it wasnt' working after a couple months, after a 15 minutes phone call with the service team, not only did they walk me through how to clean the machine, they quickly replaced my machine and I was enjoying single, double, intenso, and other types within a week. Such a great experience both with my new machine's yummy options as well as a fantastic backup team to ensure I don't go without coffee :)

I have heard so many bad things about this machine, but I have one at the office that I have had for over a year now and it consistently just delights me with the frothy coffee.

It is a great machine with the right pressure that make a perfect balance in the coffee.
If you want to drink a good coffee go for Nespresso Pixie!!
