Great coffee, poorly designed machine

Bought this machine 3 months ago. Makes great coffee. Does need to be cleaned regularly which is no problem.
The low star rating is due to the extremely difficulty to open and close latch. Been trying ti figure out why my thumb is sore and bruised. It’s from injury due to this machine. The machine should not require so much force to to make 2-3 cups of coffee per day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The worst

This one is awful. Fails after a few months. Been thru multiple units. Not sure why they still sell it. It doesnt work half the time and when it finally does it leaks coffee all over the place from the bottom. Running the weekly rinse cycle and descaling regularly doesnt prevent it from malfunctioning. I stayed on top of it after the first one failed but it still had the same problems. AVOID!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenience and delicious!

The variety of flavors and intensities is unmatched, and the quality of the coffee is simply unbeatable. The convenience of the pods and the ease of use with the Nespresso machine makes getting my caffeine fix a breeze, even when I'm in a rush. Plus, knowing that Nespresso takes sustainability seriously is a huge plus for me. All in all, if you want a premium coffee experience at home, Nespresso is the way to go.

A Game Changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an iced coffee snob and had tried several coffee makers before sampling the Vertuo Next at a friend's place. What a game changer! I LOVE the speed of the maker, the variety of coffees available, the recycling aspect of the pods, and most of all - my iced coffee does not taste watered down! The frothing (without milk) that happens at the top of the coffee is golden. I can't believe I went this long without one.

Love this coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this coffee maker in my office and I absolutely love it. It makes the perfect cup just for you! My coworkers love it as well we’re all able to get a cup of our own diff coffees without wasting a whole pot.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from
Cons: Not enough variety of espressos available, Does not have a built-in milk frother
