Simplifies My Morning Coffee Routine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago after moving from Denver to Texas. Got the virtuo model. Makes a great tasting expression; but the mechanism for inserting the coffee pods is a bit “clunky” meaning my previous Nespresso machine had a loading mechanism that was partially electric and much easier to use than the one I have now. I just hope this new machine will give me “trouble-free” pod loading for the next 2-3 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Nespresso machine! The coffee is the best ever! Only thing that bothers me is how the capsule tray leaks when you empty the old pods! Other than that no issues!

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
