Machine broke, replacement machine broke

Great coffee but machine broke within a few months. Got a replacement and that new machine was malfunctioning after making 2 coffee brews. Called multiple times for troubleshooting and I really thought whether it was me, but after reading all these reviews it seems this product has a lot of underlying issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Machine is Awful! Replaced 3 times.

I am now on my 3rd Vertuo next machine. All have broken within 6 months of purchase. The quality is bad at best. Nespresso is now refusing to replace the machine with a new one; rather they want to give me a refurbished machine. This is unacceptable considering the price I paid for this machine. Don't buy this product.

Great coffee when it works!!

Sadly, I have only had this machine for 2 months and it has been temperamental from the start. Now it won't work at all and my options are to have it repaired or a refurbished machine. Either way I have wait a couple weeks for it after I send back my defective machine. No new machines are available. Hoping to get a refund to purchase another type of Nespresso machine.

I love my nespresso!

I love my nespresso! The fact that I can make anything from a single shot of espresso up to a 7.7oz cup of coffee is great! Also, the aroma in my house when I make a fresh cup is worth every Penny spent on this machine. Highly recommend.

Works well but doesn’t last

Nespresso coffee is second to none. Unfortunately we are replacing this machine under warranty for the second time in less than a year. What good is the coffee if you can’t brew it?

LOVE THE COFFEE; Hate the machine

It's a bummer to write this review. We love the Nespresso coffee SO MUCH. This machine is a total pain though. I'm currently waiting for a second troubleshooting appointment. This machine is completely unreliable even when you follow the maintenance regimen perfectly. I highly, highly recommend Nespresso but would advise against purchasing this machine.

Get another nespresso machine

I’m on my second Vertuo next within a year. Incredibly frustrating because I have to go through extra steps every morning for a cup of coffee, sometimes taking up to 10 minutes for a cup and sometimes it won’t work at all. When I do get it to work, it truly is the best coffee. It’s just an unreliable machine, but I have heard the other machines are better.

Love our Vertuo Next!

We love our machine! It's fabulous. I recommend buying the set with the milk frother. We bought both of our sons a machine for their places as well. They love it. The frother can also make cold milk froth for your iced coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!
