Horrible machine

I bought this item last night. Was excited for the first cup out of the new machine the foam disappeared after 30 seconds to a minute. The coffe tasted completely watered down compared to my other vertuo machine. Bringing this back
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lives up to the hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have heard hype about the Nespresso machine for a while now but was hesitant because I hate Keurig coffee! The coffee tastes wayyy better than Keurig coffee and I love that it gets frothy. I also like that there are espresso pods - they are good but I will say I don't think this is a good replacement for an actual espresso machine. I love the design of the machine, it's super slim and doesn't take up much counter space. I still use my regular coffee maker most days, but I like to use this for my occasional afternoon cup and I love having it for guests to use. I would not replace a regular coffee maker with this but it is a nice extra! I also love that Nespresso offers a recycling program, waste was another reason I was hesitant about this machine.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design
Cons: Does not make enough coffee in a cup, Too Noisy, Does not have a built-in milk frother

I’ve been on the hunt for the best instant coffee pod machine out there and believe I just may have found the one. There are only really to take compare when talking about pod machines and those are the Keurig and Nespresso machines. When comparing these to the Nespresso machine just makes a richer more coffee tasting drink and allows you to create milk drinks and espresso drinks. Keurig makes a good cup of coffee but that’s the only thing it does and I feel it’s a little more water-based and less coffee taste in my opinion. Nespresso I feel extracts more of the flavor with its spinning techniques and multi hole punctured pods. Either one is good but the Nespresso models just taste better in my opinion. I got this new next model and I do have the older models as well and the differences are that it’s quieter and slicker looking. I love the virtual pods because it’s a no-brainer that you can just pop one in and it knows how to make it perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one of these if you’re in the market for a great tasting coffee.Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee And Espresso Machine

We've owned multiple Nespresso machines over 10+ years and switched to Vertuo Next about a year ago. Machine worked fine for 6-9 months but now is very unreliable. The machine responds with a flashing orange light on almost every attempt at making coffee now. We have descaled, run rinse cycles, and cleaned every interior surface (including Q-tips down into the clear sensor area...) multiple times and it still won't work consistently. I think it's related to the sensor that reads the bar codes on the bottom of the capsules but it doesn't appear accessible to make sure it's properly cleaned without breaking the cup that holds the pods. Bad design... Nespresso should recall and replace these machines with a unit that actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Nespresso Vertuo next premium coffee maker, it makes everything taste so much better. This coffee maker is unlike any other and is a must have for any coffee drinker. It is priced well and affordable and I love how easy it is to use.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design

Makes wonderful drinks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently discovered that I do not like regular coffee, but espresso is great. I have tried multiple machines in the past that claimed to make iced coffee, but they were just regular coffee machines disguised as fancy machines. This Nespresso machine is so simple to use, and I love the app that allows me to connect it to the machine. I have tried several different pods in this machine and found the espresso pods are the best. It brews some very tasty coffee according to my husband. The machine automatically knows which types of pods you put in it, so there are no extra settings to mess with. I have found that there are not very many coffee pod options available for this version of Nespresso versus others, which is not a big deal, but I do hope they come out with more options. This machine is compact and fits in a very small spot on my coffee counter. The water tank is easy to remove and fill, and the pod container is easy to empty. Overall, this machine makes some pretty good espresso and I can make my own version of a white chocolate mocha that tastes better than that coffee shop I will not name. This has been a great alternative to buying iced coffee out of the home all the time. Highly recommended.
