Frustrating and unreliable

It's broken twice and is now out of warranty. Nespresso "repaired it" the first time but it only worked for a month before breaking again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The VertuoNext machine comes with a one-year warranty and we're happy to offer lifetime troubleshooting support. We understand your machine was returned from repair on October 18th, 2021. You have six months extended warranty from the first repair to submit the machine for a second free repair if you are still having issues. Works great at first...but...

I've had one of these at work and there was a small issue with it. We had to find videos online and there was a small hack where you had to take out the water tank, the capsule container, and flip the whole thing upside down...and then it would work. Ok so fine no big deal.
Then I got one for my birthday and started having issues 2 months in. I called customer service and lady was so sweet, but it seemed like she was looking through the manual trying to figure it out as she was talking to me. We did try some things to get rid of the orange blinking light, 45 min later we get the orange light to stop but now the water is leaking through the front of it. Luckily there is a 1 year warranty and I did ask for a different type of nespresso machine so I'm very thankful for that. This specific one seems to have lots of issues.

Best coffee ever

We’ve had our Nespresso for 3 months now. It’s operated flawlessly and the coffee is always hot and perfect. Love the frother as it always makes a perfect cup of coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost a year old leaks and doesn't brew right

Coffee is great! but the Machine is a piece of jun

I purchased the machine less than a month ago. It brewed amazing coffee for about two weeks and hasn't worked since. I have tried all troubleshooting, talked to the cust support but seems like the machine is faulty. Looking to exchange for a VertuoPlus

Great coffee but the machine breaks!

My husband and I love our Nespresso machine. Makes the best cup of coffee. However, we have had our machine stop working so many times in a matter of months (we literally bought the machine months ago).

Extremely disappointed

In less than a year we have had to have this machine replaced FOUR times. The machine just stops working when it wants to and never lasts more than 3 months. We have been waiting for a replacement for over a week and have spent a small fortune buying coffee every single day. Huge disappointment when you spend this kind of money on a coffee machine and it ends up being useless.
