3rd replacement is now breaking

Super super disappointed with this machine. I have had 3 different replacement machines sent to me in the past 6 months. I would like to give nespresso credit for good service, but they really just need to pull this machine off the market and figure out the problem. We spend large amounts of money on their coffee monthly, and a non-working machine this morning didn’t start my day out well at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would NOT Recommend

I received this machine as a gift 8 months ago and have had on and off issues ever since. The machine leaks liquid underneath the used capsule holder, I’m constantly fighting with it to get rid of orange flashing lights, and the most recent issue is causing the machine to not even brew coffee. After much research trying to solve my machine’s issues, I’ve come to realize that so many people have problems with the Vertuo Next line. It’s to the point where customer service just replaces machines on the regular because they know it’s faulty. I’ve seen several instances where people have had their Next machines replaced 2 or more times. Nespresso needs to recognize there is an issue in design with the Next machines and stop making this headache of a coffee maker.

Terrible reliabiity

I used an Latissimo for years with no issues. I bought this machine less than year ago and I'm on my fourth one and now it's having problems. They have terrible reliability and they are prone to leaking all over your counter top.

Absolutely terrible

The coffee is good. But the Verto Next machine is pure junk. Mine worked for a little over a year, which after reading the reviews is actually a miracle. But now it works only randomly, I've spent hours googling how to get it to work.

Horrible!!! Barely last a year!!

My 4th machine broke after 15 months. Wasted quite a bit of coffee either from not reading codes or coffee pouring out from bottom of the machine. I spent more time trying to make a cup of coffee than actually enjoying it! So disappointing, especially for the price!

DO NOT BUY

So frustrated with this machine and this company. I got my Vertuo Next for Christmas 2021 and it's April 2022 and it's not working. Orange flashing light and leaking out the sides. Now it won't even try to work. Nespresso should replace every Vertuo Next machine they sold. I don't need help restarting or trouble shooting my machine. The reviews speak for themselves.

love the look, hate the machine

Got this machine as a Christmas gift and have been having issues with it already. The lever to open and close the lid is getting progressively harder to maneuver even after putting some machine oil on it (as directed by customer service). Then for the last couple weeks I have been getting an error message on the machine and have had to trouble shoot with customer service a couple of times until they eventually just said they'll send a replacement. The machine also never connected to wifi so i never got to enjoy that feature (and tbh I didnt need it.. just wanted a cup of coffee).
I ended up requesting a completely different model since i don't want to deal with this one again.
On a positive note - customer service is amazing and I would not hesitate to call them again for anything.
This machine was a major bummer for me though...
