Cant rave enough about

Machine stopped working

Initially it was tough to get the machine to start working. After 4 months the machine decided not to brew anymore. Was on the phone with Nespreso for 2 hours cleaning and cleaning and wiping and nothing. We reached a point where a new machine was ordered. My fear is that the bar code recognition is bound to fail sooner or later. Hopefully if this happens Nespreso will replace this machine with a different Vertuo that actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could use some improvements

I love the product for what it is but it has some issues. I’m currently on my second one, a replacement. My first Vertuo Next had some problems out the box, it wouldn’t “brew” when I first hit the button, I’d sometimes have to do it at least three times to get a cup of coffee. Also, you’re supposed to be able to connect via Wi-Fi, didn’t work then and still doesn’t work. I got my replacement because my first one started leaking water, so far so good in that aspect.

Very buggy

Sure the coffee’s good… when it works. finally chucking this after a year of struggling with leaks, pods not reading, etc. utter garbage machine

Having trouble after 8 months of use

The coffee quality is great but have been having problems for the last month - despite cleaning and descaling the machine just decides not to brew coffee. Have spent hour+ on the phone with Nespresso - problem gets fixed temporarily sand then recurs (stopped working again today( 4/13/22) - have to call Nespresso again - no happy right now

Absolutely terrible

The coffee is good. But the Verto Next machine is pure junk. Mine worked for a little over a year, which after reading the reviews is actually a miracle. But now it works only randomly, I've spent hours googling how to get it to work.

Faulty

I’ve had this machine for awhile now and have multiple issues. It leaks from under the machines like a puddle of water and water pours out the spout after I open after making a coffee. Also pretty much every morning I go to turn it on and wait for it to warm up and it gets to a certain point makes a clicking sound and flashes orange so then I have to unplug and wait it’s such a pain. I clean it regularly and have descaled it twice after having for a little over a year. So it’s obviously just a faulty product and you can tell by the other reviews.

Don’t buy this machine

About every 10 cups i have to clean the Machine. I am returning it and going to try the EVOLUO. I have the Vertuo Plus in an other home and it works great.
