Beautiful sleek machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso is my favorite coffee! I’ve owned 3 different types of Nespresso machines throughout the years; they’re the best and last forever! I’m really enjoying this new machine, it’s really easy to use and it works great! I’m sure it’ll last for years.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with this Expresso machine. It comes with easy to follow instructions. I love how compact it is so it doesn't take up much room on my counter space. I love all the different flavors and strengths of coffee the pods come with. It's so new and stylish design, very updated for everyday use.

Worst machine ever

This machine was delivered defective. So they sent me a new one. It was good while it lasted. Ive had the machine for a little over a year, but it just stopped working. Ive tried resetting it multiple times, descaling it multiple times, nothing seems to work. It does not brew coffee anymore and it very frustating. Im willing to try another machine, but this machine is so bad. It seems like most of the people who have had this machine have trouble with it. Its a waste of money. Save time, save money, and buy a different one !!

nice cup of coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you figure this machine out it brews a very nice cup of coffee. The instructions that come with it isn't very good. I had to go and look up videos on how to use it properly to get a good cup. Once you to that and get a good rhythm with the coffee maker it makes a great cup of coffee with nice foam. It is slender and long so keep that in mind when you try to put it someplace. It has a place in the machine to store used pods as soon as you open the lid so you don't burn yourself on the hot metal pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool machine, but complicated to use! The instructions have you download an app and Bluetooth connect it. Once I did that, the app didn't assist with anything it just shows the condition of the machine and if it needed water/cleaned. It only makes a tiny bit of espresso. More as a shot. I'm not sure how to get it to make more, or a cup. There are no other buttons or directions.
It disposes of the pods all by itself. And the pods are reusable! Pretty cool concept! Just hard to work!

Awesome Coffee Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely coffee machine! Brews excellent coffee. No more need to go to Starbucks. Very sleek model, doesn't take much space on your countertop. It automatically detects the type of capsule and brews the exact amount of coffee. Loved the assortment of capsules it came with and also a Nespresso Cup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you're a coffee lover, you know making a good cup of coffee doesn't need to be complicated! The Nespresso Vertuo Next makes the process anything but simple. For starters, the machine setup was relatively simple. The manual was easy to use and pairing the machine to my phone and wifi was straightforward. I was disappointed though, because I thought I could use the nespresso app to make coffee at particular times throughout the day. All the app does, is facilitate ordering more expensive pods and give a few trouble shooting remedies. The bundle came with a sample pack of coffee pods ranging from espresso sizes to full caraffe sizes and a glass mug. I will say, that there are many tasty options in the sampler pack. My favorite flavor, was surprisingly the decaffe pod. It had a very bold but smooth flavor. I love the way the Vertuo Next made the coffee look, with a thick foam layer on the top. I did however wish that the coffee when made would be alot hotter though. Despite the excellent taste and the perfect foam on top, the machine worked for only a week and then I got the flashing error message. After trouble shooting, resetting the machine and wasting multiple pods, it worked once. Unlike the first time, the completed coffee did have foam on top but it also had grounds in the mug. I am truly disappointed in this coffee machine and due to its short shelf life, I wouldn't recommend it.
