Great looking machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter to take to college. It looks very stylish in her dorm. I love that the pods are not plastic and it makes a great quality coffee. The different flavors are awesome, this is a great product from every aspect.

My Favorite Coffee Machine

Terrible

So disappointed in this machine. At first I loved it, but pretty quickly I noticed that the coffee started tasting kind of burnt and my machine started leaking water from the top back. I was told this meant it needed to be descaled (I've used it maybe 30 times) so I bought the Nespresso descaler and went through that process. The descaling seemed fine, but when I did the rinse cycle the water again leaked out of the top. I cleaned it up and emptied & cleaned the reservoir. A few days later I was cleaning the counter and saw that the machine must've continued leaking (I didn't use it again after descaling and the tank was empty) which left a white residue all over my counter. This has stained my counter in the shape of the machine's bottom so now I have a stained counter and a non-working machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loving the convenience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago, I worked as a barista for over 6 years and wow I love this thing. Being able to make coffee, espresso or even double shots in one machine is pretty great. I do recommend getting some flavor shots/syrups. I like my drinks a little sweet. My favorite espresso so far has been the Voltesso, but I might try to find a double I like more since they're the same price.

The biggest thing I love is that each coffee is consistently good! I'd definitely recommend to any coffee lover!
