[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Vertuo Next after purchasing one for my daughter. Absolutely love the selection of pods and it brews flawlessly every time. Also, customer service was phenomenal when I did have an issue with my unit. It was promptly replaced. Definitely worth the investment for great espresso/coffee.

Great for Dorm!

Please don’t buy this machine!

This machine breaks down in one way or another for most customers within a year. I love Nespresso as a brand but this machine in particular is awful. Skip it for one of their other models!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
