[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read a lot of bad reviews about Next but decided to give it a try anyway. The machine looks great but feels flimsy, like it could break any minute. The first steps which are closing and opening were already a challenge, and so based on all the other reviews, I decided to return it and get Vertuo Plus instead and couldn't be happier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wakes two tired parents right up

I love them a lot and think it’s worth the money. My first one lasted me three years and I just got my second. Make sure you descale them tho I think my machine would have lasted longer than it did but I didn’t descale…oopsies

Easy to operate an sync with my cell phone
