Love this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Nespresso Vertuo Next! It’s my first espresso machine and o am so happy with its functionality and smart features. Super easy to assemble and directions were very easy to understand. I love the app feature and pairing to my phone was so easy. The espresso brews smooth and is the perfect temperature. I love how it disposes the used cup in a trash compartment that can be emptied later. Only con it will not brew without at lease a half full water tank. Mine was a little less than half full and it said it needed to be filled. Otherwise great machine!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother

Great for lattes and espresso drinks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nespresso is great for making drinks that require espresso. Comes out with a little froth on the top which I like. This machine is very narrow so it can fit anywhere and it does not take up a lot of counter space. Great addition to our coffee bar.
Pros: Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design

I'm in love with this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite thing about the Nespresso is how versatile it is. I can use it in the morning to give myself a quick shot of wake-up brew, or I can use it to entertain guests in the evenings. This is a high end coffee maker. It's very slim, it heats fast and pours just as quick. It came with a package of pods inside the box so we have enjoyed the many different brews offered this far. The flavors have been great this far. I love having the ability to make a nice cup of espresso, latte, or coffee at home. With the sampler coffee samples, I was able to figure out the coffee intensity level. I'm in love with my nespresso.

Delicious and so easy!

I like a strong bold coffee and often found other pod coffee bland and tasteless. Not the case with Nespresso. Nespresso offers a great range of options, and I love that I can make myself a great coffee at home.

Versatile machine with fantastic features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Vertuo Next! From a reservoir that holds enough water for several cups of coffee, to being able to choose from multiple serving sizes/coffee types, this is a great upgrade! The used pod bin makes clean up none existent, and the fact that they have a recycling program is awesome. The instructions were a bit lacking, but the machine is easy to set up and use. My only negative is the color - it is more “cream” than I expected. I do like how compact it is, but it clashes with my other appliances.

Space saver but confusing to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have put this Nespresso machine together the day that I received it. I was excited to try my new espresso machine. Unfortunately the excitement dwindled when I could not understand how to use it. I thought it was typical to others like it but I was mistaken. I eventually had to google and YouTube how to use use it, especially to understand how many pumps were needed to get a certain ounce filled.
While I understand that the calsuls are regulated by bare codes, there are times where I like additional hot water to lessen the intensity of the espresso flavors. I had no idea how to get a little more water to flow through the capsul to dilute. Maybe that is just not an option.
Outside of that, I really appreciate the variety of flavors available. The company is environmentally conscious and provides reusable pods. Several pros compared to my cons. I do wish there was an option to adjust the water amount used compared to the bare codes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No words can explain the awe of this coffee machine that came with a sample pack and exquisite glass mug. The machine percolated the coffee just fine to a smooth tasting coffee that I really enjoyed. The machine is testament to the craftsmanship gone in creating such a fine desk or pantry coffee maker. Wonderful product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super east to use. And the self cleaning cyclw is easy tp use to. Just one button. Doesnt take up very much space. I do wish the lid that goes on the water tank had a hinge on it because as it is it Just sits on it. To open and close you use the handle of it which could potentially be a little difficult for people with less hanf strength. Have to use a little force to lock it in place.
The pods are easy to use just pop it in. When you are done with it it slides put into a catch and you just pop it off the side and dump out. Pretty mess free.
Depending on the size of coffee or whatever you want you have to use different size pods.
