[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Nespresso machine. Both are in my professional offices and they lend an air of upscale quality that I love. "Would you like a delicious coffee?" is our buzzword but it's true. Easy to use and excellent coffee! My son got me started with them, my sister has one and now I have two!

Have owned a Nespresso Vertuo Next since 2020. Since then I have had my machine replaced twice. I use the machine twice a day so it was heavily used, but both just stopped working one day. To the credit of Nespresso, they helped me through troubleshooting, and when that didn't work they were quick to replace my machine. After the second one I had to switch Nespresso models. This one did the job, but there are better models out there. Shoutout to the Nespresso CS team!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
