Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Vertuo Next. It's such an amazing coffee maker. I love what I'm able to make with it. Either a single or double espresso, 3 different sizes of coffee or a carafe. Whatever I make turns out to be delicious.

Don’t buy: breaks repeatedly

A couple of years ago I bought the Vertuo Next as my first Nespresso coffeemaker. The first machine never worked right from day one and then completely broke down 2 weeks later. The company sent me a replacement machine that broke down a few weeks later, for entirely different reasons. The company then sent me my third machine, which broke down about 2 months later, again irreparably and for a different reason. Customer service admitted on the phone to me that this model is a lemon and that it is breaking down for many customers. She offered to send me the original Vertuo model, which has worked beautifully for the last couple of years. I’m really surprised Nespresso hasn’t removed the later model from its inventory, especially given the potential damage to its brand from all of this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We certainly want your Nespresso experience to be special and exactly to your satisfaction, therefore, we were pleased to learn that you received a replacement of our original Vertuo model. Your feedback is of utmost importance to us in monitoring and improving the quality of our products and services we provide. We can assure you; your comments will be sent to the appropriate team for review. For best maintenance for your Vertuo machine, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.

Love love love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my nespresso vertuo next . We have had many nesprosso machines in airbnbs we stayed at and I really loved them. I am thrilled to finally have my own . It looks so nice in my kitchen and its ready to go out of the box . The flavor coffee nespresso makes , I have not found one I didn't like . The machine itself is super easy to use , one touch and your set . Water heats super fast and my drink is ready so quickly. I have a seperate milk frother I use to top to it. Already ordered tons of different flavored pods.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Comes with a milk frother, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love love love this! It is so simple to set up and use. My only complaint is that it can be a bit tough to open the top one-handed but I'm getting used to it. Other than that, this makes beautiful espressos and coffees in under a minute. It also can connect to your phone to tell you any issues that may come up like the lid not being closed all the way.

Obsessed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a big espresso lover, and he was so excited to se the Nespresso Verturo Next sitting on our countertop! I love that it is small enough to leave out on the counter without it feeling cluttered. It also has a sleek, sophisticated looking design. The espresso is smooth and delicious. Excited to try different flavors. Would recommend!

Slim But Powerful!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This expresso-coffee machine was very well thought out!! It’s small enough for any counter and packs a punch even though it’s small. You can make expresso, double expresso or coffee with this and you can make many different sizes. I’m a big time coffee lover so if you are too then I highly recommend this for you with it adapting to the ever changing technology. I look forward to trying many different kinds of coffees in this!!

If you are looking for a machine that is small and brews a great cup of coffee this is the one for you

Great for an Espresso Lover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves espresso, so this machine is perfect. I like that you can use different sized mugs to brew the different pods without splashing. I do wish it were possible to use a reusable pod, because the nespresso ones are very expensive.
