Sexy and smooth!

Convenient Business Gourmet Coffee

Which time is a charm?

We've had two replacements on this and are asking for a different machine. Hopefully the next machine works.

Water canister falls off easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Nespresso coffee maker, both do a great job making my favorite coffee. I had to send my 1st Vertuo Next machine back as it would not connect to the Bluetooth app. It make coffee with no problem, it's just that I was not able to connect to it from my phone. I called customer service and they were very helpful and sent out a replacement machine right away. I haven't had a chance yet to test it out, but all in all it was an inconvenience to have to go through this process. And the water canister that sits on the back of the machine is not secured in any way so it falls off when moved with no water in it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Favorite machine so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a few Nespresso machines over the years, and this one is my favorite! Some of my other machines have leaked or had features that have not worked quite right. The Vertuo Next feels sturdy but still compact.

Love it so much I had to get another one for work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with my first vertuo next a couple months ago and I can’t drink any other coffee anymore so I had to get a second one to have at work. Got the limited edition all matte black one and it’s gorgeous. The coffee is so frothy and creamy my coworkers think it’s a cappuccino
