Leaking machine

I love the coffee really smooth and delicious, however my machine leaks water and the spinner that grinds the capsules often gets stuck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great...until it didn't

Bought the Vertuo after using one in a hotel as the coffee tasted great. We had it at home for about 4 months and experienced the great same coffee...until it stopped working. Every morning became a fight with flashing lights, plugging/unplugging and going through a series of rest rituals. The resetting became part of our morning custom and took about 15 min of every morning. We finally had to give up on it as I need coffee ASAP in the morning and didn't want to deal the frustration that would ruin the start of the day. I still think that the coffee is good, but the machine is poorly constructed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee and espresso

I served in the Navy visiting many European countries and this coffee reminds me of the great espressos I had in Italy. It is noisier than my daughters Plus model and appears clunkier but now a year later still enjoying rich, smooth coffees.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don’t purchase this machine!

We’ve had this machine for less than one year. We’ve had it replaced twice and each time the machine continues to have issues, blinking light, does not make coffee, freezes, etc.. Hoping Nespresso gives us a completely different model. Do not purchase this machine, the worst!

Very impressive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a little blown away with this machine. What a coffee experience. I was sent this to test, but,I honestly didn't believe the hype. I do not drink a ton of hot coffee, my husband really does. I tend to have to use too much sweetener and creamer when I do. So, I was excited to test this. I'm a hard nut to please, lol. You have to download the free app. I just did a search for it in my playstore. The directions included with the machine are horrible. There are videos in the app, though, that are awesome. I learned how to start and operate the machine via them. After the initial batch, I looked up videos on YouTube, and I learned how to program for other sizes of coffee. It's actually pretty easy to do!. Let me tell you what, the coffee actually lived up to thr hype. It was smooth and enjoyable for me. I'm drinking more hot coffee now, because it's such a smooth coffee. I love the foam head it creates too! A very fancy cup of coffee for sure. You also don't have to remember to remove the Pod. When you lift the lid, the used pod slides into a little trash receptacle. How ingenious and helpful. Especially when making multiple cups of coffee. This machine has proved to be a great addition to our home. We absolutely love the quality of the coffee and how well this machine functions.
Pros: Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, High Quality Machine, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a slight addiction to an unnamed restaurant latte and I tried making one tonight on my own. Not too bad I must say, the Nespresso Vertuo Next quickly brews my espresso and with some other ingredient tweaks I’ll be making my lattes at home more often. I also quickly brew up a shot for my hot chocolate when I’m craving hot chocolate with a man extra kick if energy.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop

AWESOME ESPRESS MAKER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seriously, this thing is wonderful. It's so easy to use and small enough to keep anywhere you want. I love the feature of it automatically moving the used pods to the recycling bin so you can empty them all at once. I also love how you can connect it with bluetooth to quickly order more capsules and check water level. The espresso comes out very smooth with no splash or mess. My only complaint is that it took a bit to hook the espresso up to bluetooth. It didn't want to work until I reset the machine, then it worked right after. If this happens to you, resetting the machine is very easy. It's just tapping the only button on the machine 3x fast :)
I haven't tried making larger caraf's yet, but it's on my to-do list!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother
