I bought this for my husband last Christmas and it just crapped out this weekend. I will say the customer service tech representative was exceptional, especially considering it was a Sunday morning prior to having coffee! Shame on me... these rating reviews with a 1 are extremely high. I was very happy with my machine when it worked!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow! What a machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start this review by saying I am a coffee snob. If it’s not quality, I don’t want it. Well, let me tell you- this little machine is amazing! Quality coffee and espresso drinks brewed at home for a fraction of coffee shop prices. It’s quite easy to brew a cup. There’s one button that starts the brew. Within a minute, you have the start of a delicious cup o joe. If I had one negative, it would be the temperature. It’s just not quite as hot as I like it but that is far outweighed by the positives. It’s also the perfect size to keep setting out on the counter top.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother, Does not make coffee hot enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect specialty coffee maker that can range from making an espresso to a carafe. The pods are simple to place into the machine. I love what happens after the pod is done. The machine picks it up and tosses it into a trash bin in the machine. So many flavor combinations!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)
Cons: Water tank is too small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago. I got the matte black with rose gold. It looks so good on a countertop. I love everything except that I can’t put it over ice without it tasting watery. Each user will have to stop the brew cycle according to their coffee strength preference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few days ago and opened that puppy up right away and used it immediately for an espresso. It is very user-friendly. It also looks very nice on our new countertops. I love that it came with the clear glass Nespresso coffee mug. I’ve always wanted a clear glass coffee mug, lol. It makes an absolute delicious cup of coffee as well along with a delicious espresso to wake me up on those early mornings. I’m happy it came with all of those pods as well. It even came with a decaf pod. Thinking of buying one for my parents for Christmas because they love espresso, but don’t want to spend the money at the big-name stores to buy one- I can easily teach them how to use this machine. Overall definitely recommend.

The "footprint" of the machine is smaller than my old one (different brand) and fits my counter top much better. It's design is clean. Love the coffee brewed!! Espresso is delicious, easy to use, easy to clean- it’s a great machine. It's so versatile. Definitely a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Venturo nespresso!! It came with some toccanto coffee pods to try and well and they are incredible! It also came with a sample pack of pods that I can wait to explore! I had no issues setting up the machine, it’s very user friendly and I love that it has wifi to monitor and troubleshoot as needed. I downloaded the app and wah-la! Good to go! Beautiful sleek/slim machine too - definitely recommend and worth the expense!
