Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I e never used a Nespresso maker before but I love this thing! One thing that is particularly amazing about it is the small size. It fits neatly among my other countertop appliances and looks sleek.
In terms of brewed coffee, wow! It is so good with the frothy top layer. I add oat milk to my coffee and it works well here, but for some reason, it makes it really cold and I have to heat it in the microwave (I don’t have to do that with coffee from a regular coffee maker). I guess I need to play around with it and see if I can get my coffee hotter out of the machine
Brewing is extremely easy, with only one button on the machine. However, make sure you properly insert the water chamber or you will receive an error.
The biggest issue I had was getting the proper amount of water to flow through the machine. The directions are severely lacking here and I had to Google it. Here’s the trick: turn on the machine, then add pod and lock shut, check water level, then press AND HOLD the brew button until you get enough brewed coffee. The machine will then remember that setting and you won’t need to hold the button going forward. It will brew the perfect amount in less than a minute!
I was able to easily connect the brewer to my app on my phone, which is helpful for decoding errors.
Overall, this is a really good cup of coffee at home. If you like fancy, coffee shop quality, this is your answer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice and modern looking machine, but I honestly am not impressed with it at all. It has lots of “bells and whistles” like how it can read the pods to know what size coffee to make, but pods are expensive (and I didn’t enjoy the tepid temperature or taste of the red pods it came with) and I just don’t personally feel it’s worth it. I am much happier with my normal old espresso maker I have been using. Maybe this is just too fancy for me.

Amazing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love expresso and this makes the perfect kind! While I wish there was more to a cup I am delighted to get what I get when I do make a cup! It's delicious and creamy. Absolutely perfect pick me up in the mornings.

The only thing that was frustrationg is when the lights start flashing you think its brewing and then it stops and you try it all over again Maybe it is to complicated for me I had to have my grandson show me how to use it , the bluethooth to our phone had issues with. but there are so many great features, dispose of the used pods

It’s very simple to use… you take one pod of your favorite flavor and insert the K-cup into the top, lock it by the lock/unlock latch and make sure the water tank is full & within 30 seconds you will have wonderful cup of flavorful coffee or expresso.
Nespresso is known for its delicious coffee. The Vertuo Next is simple, convenient and now part of our morning routine. The variety of flavor is amazing but can become I bit expensive.

Malfunction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my Nespresso Vertuo Next came in the mail I was so excited to try it out. We unboxed it and set it up but it did not turn on. I thought maybe it my outlet so we tried a different one. Still nothing happened.. Very disappointed that it did not work. Was looking forward to trying it out and having a cup of coffee.
