Frustrating

Second time this machine stopped working. First time was after 4 months, I was sent a new one and it crapped out now too. I’m stuck with tons of pods. I’m not spending another dime and it’s too bad, I love the coffee and the concept. I had automatic easy orders set up like clockwork.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. It has a beautiful, modern, space saving design! It is high quality, and will pay for itself over time- making it a great value as well! The coffee smells and tastes amazing too. I would definitely recommend!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Comes with a milk frother, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design

Awesome, Stylish Coffee/Espresso Machine!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine features a slim profile and does project out quite a bit, but it's similar in size to some of the other machines on the market. This machine brews a quality cafe espresso, latte, and coffee. It's a very easy machine to set up and make your cafe, espresso, latte, and coffee. It has great key features such as a 25-second heat-up time, automatic capsule ejection, and a descaling alarm. You won't be disappointed with this machine!!!!
Pros: Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
Cons: Not enough variety of coffee available, Not enough variety of espressos available

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso Vertuo Next is very easy to use. I love the slim design and is pretty compact. It has a water reservoir and I can make several coffees but refilling it. The capsules are very convenient. I love that you can make different sizes of coffee based on the capsule. The coffee is very fresh and it makes a perfect cup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a quick and easy to make a great cup of coffee. Other single serve machines are limited in the size and characteristics of a good cup, and they tend to produce a watered down coffee. This is a totally different experience. I only wish there was some sort of refillable capsule.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] George Clooney was right when he promoted this machine. It's so worth it. It is so easy to use. You just pop the capsule in and press go. It makes the best espresso. I an super impressed with the ease so cleaning the machine. The cup just pops in the dish washer too.

Machine keeps breaking — don’t buy

I had the machine for 6 months and it’s broken on me twice. Had a refurbished machine sent to me that also broke after 1 month. Don’t buy this model. The coffee is great, but this machine is not worth it. Hoping for better luck with a different model.
