consistent and produces great flavor

I love the modern look of this one, and the ease of use. the bluetooth pairing was very easy to complete, and I love that it notifies me if something on the machine needs attention. I have been enjoying the espresso, and the beautiful crema it forms. definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having so much fun making different coffee drinks with this espresso machine! Its so easy to use and looks great on my countertop. I never though making espresso could be this easy and I am loving my Vertuo!

Terrible... machine has broke on me 3 times.

I have now had 3 machines of this model that all have broken within the first month of use. Nespresso first sent me two brand new machines and they both broke in the same way. With the third machine they tried to fix it and when I have received it back it immediately started having the same issue which leads me to believe it was not fixed. I have many friends who own other versions of Nespresso's machines and they all work great! I do love their coffee but would recommend purchasing another version of their machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Most of our machines have at least a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number. We offer repair and replacement through our Assistance Service Program. We recommend calling our Machine Expert, who I’m sure can offer other options that work for you. We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Silky delicious coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this beautiful coffee / expresso maker. I wanted one for myself and to gift one to my dad. He loves coffee and my mom loves a cappuccino so it’s great this has the option to do both. It as a little more complicated for my 70 year old Dad to set up as he had to get used to what size pod to put in the machine to get his desired result but minus the little bit of a learning curve there he really enjoyed the taste and feel of the coffee and expresso from this machine! It looks sleek, doesn’t take up too much space on your counter and makes great tasting brew.

Amazing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is quick and quiet. It brews the espresso in no time. The temperature is absolutely perfect as well! Being a small machine, it barely takes up any room on my countertop. It is so simple to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with this Nespresso machine! It brews multiple kinds of coffee and espresso, which accommodates both my and my husband's tastes. Each pod is barcoded, so the machine knows exactly how much water to use and the brew strength of each. Best of all, this unit is so thin; at just over 5 inches wide, it takes up almost no space on my kitchen counter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso's new Vertuo Next Premium comes with a sleeker more compact and modern look. This has really helped to save on counterspace - the water tank is now in the back and the used capsule is embedded inside the machine (as opposed to having it own separate section on the side). Works the same as other nespresso machines!

This machine is one of its kind - made of 40% recycled plastic. Most compact, sustainable and smart machine - only 5.5 inches wide with energy savings automatic turn off. Luxurious looking black machine with chrome finish.
Definitely recommend getting a Nespresso Vertuo Next if you want to upgrade your coffee game.
