great smaller machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago, had an issue with the orange light coming on and not brewing. Called customer support and they troubleshot the problem and now working fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Next Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd machine, that I bought for my vacation home. I so missed having my Next when I went to my 2nd home. I also find it less exspensive to make coffee as before I would make a full pot assuming everyone would want coffee and ended up tossing half the pot. Now I make what I want and others can make what they want, much less waste.

One has a variety of coffees to choose from and the machine does an excellent job of brewing the pod.

Well made, but hard to close

Got this machine for Christmas gift. Stopped working several times due to build up around sensor. Also, This is not a good choice if you have weak hands because the locking mechanism is hard to close.

Couldn't Do Without It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original Vertuo machine finally bit the dust. We went for about 10 days without one and couldn't go 1 more. This new machine fits in our smaller kitchen and works as well as our larger Vertuo in our Florida kitchen. Of course we are a two-machine family.
