Honestly- great coffee and espresso but the machine is so flawed. It doesn’t even work after two months. It takes pressing the button 20+ times to get anything to come out, the button light doesn’t work anymore and it leaks out of the top@every single time it is used. I don’t recommend this product at all. Very disappointed

I love this coffee and expresso maker. There are many different blends of coffee/expresso from all over the world to choose from and they are inexpensive. The blends come in recyclable pods. There is also an app to conveniently order more pods when needed. I definitely recommend!

I think it’s a great automated espresso machine. It definitely delivered what the machine is intended for, making quick cup of espresso with a touch of a button. It will definitely make a very nice creamy espresso. The best features for me are, the size where it could fit easily anywhere. The simplicity where push of buttons and your espresso is ready. The quality of the espresso is great considering that it came from a pod. The variety of flavors that you can get is a great. The pod are made of aluminum which means no plastic taste in your coffee/espresso. Nespresso Vertuo Next Light Gray The things that I don’t like are, the water tank is small and in the back. When you have the machine in the corner or something it’s not easy to fill the water tank. The look is kind blank, all plastic except the head. The coffee that this machine make is very strong, that I wouldn’t consider it a coffee. The coffee version is still espresso or big cup of espresso not coffee. It definitely wouldn’t replace my drip coffee machine.

I love this espresso machine. The pods are so easy to use (similar to Keurig). I love the fact that ya the used pods go into the specific compartment. This way I can easily recycle them. It’s quick and it know exactly how much water to use and I don’t have to think about it.

Obsessed. I never really liked coffee until I had this machine. Now if I go somewhere I literally miss my coffee machine.

I am happy with my Nespresso machine. It brews great espresso at home in a quick and convenient way. I love that the capsules for the vertuo line are made of aluminum and are recyclable! The cost of buying the capsules is pricy compared to drip coffee , but if you’re someone who buys coffee out a lot, it can save you money!

BEST PURCHASE OF 2020?! OH YES!! I am so obsessed with my Nespresso. Ironically, I am not an espresso person... I don’t even really particularly LOVE coffee. I love all of the capsule options. I make a perfect iced coffee every time. I have eliminated my almost (embarrassingly) daily Starbucks run. This machine is sleek and looks sooooo good on the counter. Also significantly smaller than our keurig!
