[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My lovely wife was behind this purchase of the Vertuo Next and we have enjoyed it once daily ever since. Makes delicious high end coffee drinks in a very cool high tech way. It provides a nice pick me up. I do think my wife also bought this for me so I can make her a cup now and then. Having this coffee maker gives you a feeling that you’ve made it to a taste of the good life. Like being in a resort level room on vacation!

Disappointed in Quality and Longevity

We spent a lot of money and bought this machine a year and a half ago. Have loved using it since then. However the machine is now no longer actually making coffee despite multiple attempts to reset it, descale it, clean it, let it rest. It just keeps blinking at me no matter what I do (which is also incredibly frustrating). I've followed the instructions for descaling and cleaning a few times and nothing it helping. It turns on and sounds like it is going to work but then just lights up orange again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Enough for Daily Espresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a brew open up the top, there are some drip down, making a small mess. Also flush volume is larger than a normal cup...a bit inconvience.
Beside that ALL good for me.
