Incredible and beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most beautiful espresso/coffee maker I’ve ever seen. Definitely makes the kitchen look classy. The pods look cool too and are very easy to use- putting it in and taking it out is a breeze. The brewing time is relatively quick for the espresso and coffee pods I’ve used so far. and there’s this really smooth layer of foam on top of the coffee after it’s brewed it’s a really nice touch. The size of the product is smaller than I would have expected given machines I’ve used in the past but that is part of the reason I love this. Haven’t needed to do any intensive cleaning yet but what I have cleaned has been super easy so far.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Appealing Design

High Quality At Any Time

Wouldn’t buy another one

It was good for the first two years. Now I can’t get it from overflowing. I’ve tried resetting multiple times and continue to have issues. In addition, when it does finally work, it goes into cleaning mode after just a few uses. Love the Nespresso coffee, but definitely disappointed with the lifetime of this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Coffee, but Vertuo Next not reliable!

I bought this machine 12/2020...My review is about the machine itself which only lasted me exactly two years. I kept with cleaning cycle 1x a week and descaling every 3 months. Despite my efforts to keep up with maintenance the machine died on my yesterday. It makes sound like if it is brewing but then a red light comes up and notification on my cell indicating the machine is not recognizing the capsule. I called Nespresso, and they will be sending me a replacement. However, I think it is time for Nespresso to research what's going on with Vertuo Next machines. It seems everyone that experiences an issue with this machine, has the same. Again my review is about the machine itself as I love my nespresso coffee :-)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not hot enough and loud

Received for ChristmAs was so excited for smooth rich taste to wake me up in am. Disappointed, very loud and barely hot. May return. Love the smoothness and I use less creamer with it, but might be back to old Mr Coffee😞

Great Gift!

Defective 1st Veturo but quick replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first veturo was a mothers day gift last year from my husband last year and all went smoothly until about a few weeks ago when it would no longer brew, even after cleaning and descaling a few times. I will say Nespressso’s customer service is great. They were quick to hop on a video call and that’s when I learned that the machiene I had was defective after a few attempts to fix. Was able to get a replacement quickly, about 3 biz days with instructions on I send back my defective one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
