Never got it to work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had an espresso maker before and I realize they can be alittle more confusing for the inexperienced. But this machine took confusing to a whole new level. The instructions were not helpful to me whatsoever and I found the app to be more for purchasing things. At the end, I never got it to work and I'm done fooling with it.
Pros: Does not take up too much room on my countertop

Thank you for your review. We understand how frustrating machine issues can be, and we certainly want your Nespresso experience to be special and exactly to your satisfaction. Please allow us to provide some user tips that may help. When turning on your machine, allow your machine to warm up. The light will begin to pulse slowly for about 30 seconds, indicating the “warm-up” phase. Once the light is steady the machine is ready for use. Insert your Nespresso capsule, and ensure the lever is fully locked. The lever must go past the lock symbol and there should be a slight click sound when fully locked.
For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.
The Vertuo Next comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting support through Nespresso. Not very versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected much more out of this machine but it stopped working in just a month. Even before, it was a pain just trying to make a cup of coffee too. I don't know if it was just the capsules I used but I did not enjoy the taste one least bit. The capsules are too expensive to be buying all of them to taste test just to see if I can find something suitable to use in this machine since it's not like I could use any other product than the capsules made specifically for this machine.
Pros: Does not take up too much room on my countertop
Cons: Not enough variety of coffee available, Not enough variety of espressos available, Too Expensive, Does not have a built-in milk frother, Bulky, Other

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. Awesome espresso machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is amazing it brews so fast and tastes amazing. I love to be able to instantly make a Cafe quality coffee in my pajamas. Also there is many ways to make iced coffee with it which is perfect because my husband and I like our coffee completely different.

They have so many different strengths and taste that you are bound to find one that you like. I like how it is super slim so it doesn’t take up much room on your counter top. Over love this product.

Cafe Style Coffee At Home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Nespresso - Vertuo Next Premium. This coffee maker is like no other. The coffee is brewed perfectly each time based on the specific pod that is used. I especially like the glass cup that it comes with it because I love seeing the layers of coffee richness that is brewed. The taste is impeccable after each use. Also, this machine does not take up much counter space, so that's a huge plus. The maker itself looks very attractive and matches the color scheme of my appliances as well.
