I Do Not Recommend the Vertuo Next

Echoing another review that this model should be discontinued. I am so grateful that the customer service/tech rep replaced my replacement machine with a different model. My first Vertuo Next lasted 2 months and was replaced with one that lasted almost 9 months. I’m so thankful that tech support now has video trouble shooting capabilities to see the annoyance that I was going through even after descaling, cleaning, resetting, etc. The temperamental machine was blinking the red light of death and did not go away no matter what was done. Fingers crossed that the next model has a much longer lifespan, but again, I am grateful for the replacement which will be under warranty for 6 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I receive compliments from all my guests about the design. I love how its small enough to fit on my counter without taking up a bunch of space. The selection of different pods you can get is also a major plus for me. The Nespresso machine produces the coffee/espresso quickly as well. Its so convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is compact and sleek! I don’t mind the look of it on my counter! It’s easy to use, but a tad loud in my opinion. The pods are easy to find when you need refills. This is a hit in our house!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop
Cons: Too Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I LOVE our new Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine! It's hard to believe that something so small can make coffee this good! It's only about 5" wide,so takes up almost no space on your kitchen counter. You can purchase different sized pods depending on if you prefer espresso (that you can also make an amazing latte or cappuccino with) or just a simple cup of coffee. Only even a simple cup of coffee in this machine is so delicious, you'll feel like you're in your favorite coffee shop. It even has a really nice froth on top. The pods can be slightly pricey, but so well worth the money. This would make a great present for that person in your life who has everything. I highly recommend this- it truly makes one of the best cups of coffee you will ever have!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
Cons: Does not have a built-in milk frother

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my Nespresso Vertuo! The machine itself is so sleek and classy looking, I got the one with rose gold. This is so much better than my kuerig it make smooth rich expresso which my old machine did not. It's easy to set up and use which I did soon as it arrived. Best machine ever.
Pros: High Quality Machine
