[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the Vertuo Next Black I was very excited because I had heard a lot of good things about the brand Vertuo. I was very surprised when I brewed my first couple of cups and they came out tasting metallic-like. I thought to myself that it must just be because of the new machine so I kept going in the taste never improved disappointed with that type of quality from such a well-known brand.
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vertuo Next is so simple to use! It's compact design fits pretty well on my small counter, which is a huge plus for me. I like the options of coffee or a shot of expresso. Never had that before, and it's pretty amazing. I'm in love with how easy this is. And quick! Perfect for those mornings where waiting for a cup to brew seems to take forever! Great machine!

This machine has spoiled me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how simple and quick it is to make a great cup of coffee or espresso. It makes hot coffee with a lovely crema on top. I also love the simple method of discarding used coffee pods. This machine has spoiled me for all other coffee.

I Do Not Recommend the Vertuo Next

Echoing another review that this model should be discontinued. I am so grateful that the customer service/tech rep replaced my replacement machine with a different model. My first Vertuo Next lasted 2 months and was replaced with one that lasted almost 9 months. I’m so thankful that tech support now has video trouble shooting capabilities to see the annoyance that I was going through even after descaling, cleaning, resetting, etc. The temperamental machine was blinking the red light of death and did not go away no matter what was done. Fingers crossed that the next model has a much longer lifespan, but again, I am grateful for the replacement which will be under warranty for 6 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The direction for set up where a bit confusing. However once setbmit it worked wonderfully the taste is amazing. I love all the different flavors available to try and how easy is to make them. I liked seeing hiw the machine new what pods where in and used more water as needed.
Pros: Convenient, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Vertuo Next as an upgrade from base level Keurig and wow! The quality of the coffee speaks volumes! I also love the option to choose from either a cup of coffee or a shot of an espresso to start the day! It also looks great and takes up virtually no space on the counter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso machine has changed my life. Its easy to use and it looks aesthetically pleasing in my kitchen. I receive compliments from all my guests about the design. I love how its small enough to fit on my counter without taking up a bunch of space. The selection of different pods you can get is also a major plus for me. The Nespresso machine produces the coffee/espresso quickly as well. Its so convenient.
