Worst model ever

I purchased this machine over 2 years ago and have gone through 3 of them and they have all broken. Over time they start to leak and then it breaks their motor. Customer service is amazing, I will say that. Evey time my machine has broke they send me a brand new one. My 3rd one is now taking a turn for the worst and I will be getting a different machine. 10/10 do not recomend this model

Love my nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a casual coffee drinker and love making coffee for a feel of barista. I am quite impressed with my Vertuo. It makes delicious coffee every time.
The coffee tastes great and is so easy to use. With one click of a button my coffee is ready. The size of cup it makes is just about right. It takes up very small space with its compact design.

Don’t get this model, get the plus one

I first saw the virtuo plus machine from my cousin and I was so excited to get me a Nespresso machine, so I was looking at models and I thought why not buy the newest version? Na should’ve stayed with the plus one cause Nespresso took a step back with the lid opening system, it’s a nightmare to open it, it’s a nightmare to close it I feel that for a new machine it has to have improvements but no, Nespresso really took a step back with this machine, the wifi thing it’s kind of cool but other than that nothing really too exciting about it, if you’re thinking of getting a virtuo machine get the plus one, the plus has an automatic opening and closing system that in my opinion it’s way cooler than the system they put on the next model, the lock stays locked and you gotta fight with it to open it, it’s bad really bad. Nespresso should’ve stayed with the automatic opening system, everything else it’s ok but this is a big no for me, not really happy with my purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Coffee and Espresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew making coffee at home could be so good until I got this Nespresso. I usually get up super early in the morning and buy a specialty coffee or espresso at a coffee shop before I start my day. Now, I can have quality coffee and espresso from the comfort of my home. I honestly think the coffee and espresso from Nespresso are better than what I buy at my local coffee shop. It was easy to set up and even has an app that you can install on your phone where you can order pods and keep up to date on the maintenance of your machine.

This is a great lottle machine

You can make several varieties of espresso drinks with multi size cups and it even makes a carafe of espresso. A single cup takes less than a minute to brew and the taste is rich and flavorful. I am so glad I found this machine!

Delicious coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the convenience and quality of Nespresso. Unlike other pod coffees, these never taste like instant coffee. I'm not much of an espresso drinker, but it's growing on me too. My husband prefers espresso but doesn't drink it daily, so this machine is perfect for us. It's also got a great slender design that doesn't take up much space on the counter.

Great Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nespresso machine actually looks nice on the counter, which isn't that important, but it's a nice bonus. It can brew coffee and espresso, and you can control the strength of the pour by holding the button until the brewed coffee reaches your desired level. After doing this once the machine is programmed to always brew with that same amount of water. The app is supposed to monitor the machine and let you know when it needs some sort of maintenance, but I haven't had to do that yet. I do find the app handy for ordering additional pods though.
