I absolutely love my Nespresso. It is so easy to use and enables me to make my favorite Starbucks coffee drinks at home. I would highly recommend it.

Stuck Locking & Unlocking

First, let me start by how much I love, love, love the coffee! I had previously subscribed to an auto delivery from another (organic) coffee company, I thought THEY had the best tasting coffee. that is until I got my Nespresso Machine & Hazelnut coffee.
Now onto my complaint: The machines lid (to insert capsules) has gotten SO VERY difficult to lock & unlock (twist open/close), I have broken 3 coffee mugs now (by myself, husband and house guest). I practically arm-wrestle with the machine every single time I make a cup of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Good Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine because I wanted to replace my coffee maker and I wanted to have lattes. I really like the Vertuo pods and I thought it made excellent espresso! My husband didn't love the actual coffee so we ended up returning this machine and exchanging for the Pixie for me to still make my lattes. No issues with the machine while we had it though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a trip to Italy, I struggled to find rich, flavorful coffee in the United States until I found the Nespresso. I recently purchased a vertuo next machine since my Vertuo Plus broke only three years after purchase. It seems the vertuo plus makes a different crema than the vertuo plus (it’s a bit more foamy than crema) but I still love the vertuo plus and the fact that it will regulate temperature for iced coffee pods and cold brew pods (a feature the vertuo plus did not have) all in all a good replacement machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why did I wait so long?!

I cannot believe how easy this machine is to operate. Partly, I was worried that I wouldnt be able to make anything tasty. Wow, was I wrong. This machine makes it so easy and the website has alot of recipes. Dont think about it anymore if youre on the fence, just do it!

Good machine, but is broke often.

I bought this machine two year ago, and it makes very delicious and smelling coffee. Unfortunately, this broke down very often. Once in a 3-4 months the yellow color it’s start blinking. Usually, I fixed it all the time but now this process isn’t working.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please kindly note that descaling is required every 3-4 months, or after every 300 capsules. A blinking light may indicate that descaling is required as part of regular machine maintenance. Good Coffee, until it stops functioning

I bought this machine two years ago. About two weeks ago it stopped functioning. When I pressed the button (solid white light) the machine whirred for a while, then stopped with a flashing orange light. I tried cleaning it; same problem. Then I descaled the machine, following Nespresso's instructions; again no luck. I have since read many reviews of various Nespresso machines, many of which commented on the Vertuo Next's reliability problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
