Constant High Pitched Buzzing

This toaster oven makes a constant high pitched buzzing sound when it's plugged in. Driving me crazy. Many other people have had the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this oven but with issues after less then a YEAR

The oven is great for cooking, baking, frying.. I don't even need to use my oven. Love it for those reasons. Now the issues, the doors squeaks something awful to open, this happened at month 3. The air fry basket gets caked on grease and there is no easy way to clean it. I have soaked it, sprayed it. NOTHING. I tried with a sponge and the sponge gets stuck in the slots. How do you air fry without the getting all the particles everywhere and clean the basket? How does does one go about getting the squeaky door to stop? This is after 1 year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loud High Pitch Whine

Just got this nice, expensive air fryer oven delivered on 11/12/22 works well as an oven and air fryer - but it makes a CONSTANT high pitched whine while not in use.

High pitched electronic buzzing

Received the smart oven air fryer as a gift and was excited to use it. When I plugged the oven into the wall, the unit gave off a high pitched electronic buzz from the setting display area. I can hear the buzzing throughout my first floor. I found reviews of people experiencing this problem for over a year, so this is a known design flaw. I’ll be returning it.

Stopped cooking evenly

I really loved this air fryer in the beginning but now after almost two year it's not cooking evenly. Half of my pizza will be burned while the other half isn't cooked thru. It's impossible to keep clean and food drops all over the heating elements and burns on. The temperature also doesn't seem to be correct anymore. It just feels dirty despite using all my efforts to clean it. Very bummed.

Horrible High Pitch Noise

Love the oven, but like many other reviews mention, there is an incredibly annoying constant high pitch noise whenever the device is plugged in. It's crazy that they have not figured out a solution to this and continue to sell the faulty oven. It makes the device unusable and will drive you crazy!!

Pizza and Bagels!

If this oven did nothing other than cook pizzas with browned bubbly tops and crispy crusts and producing perfectly toasted but still chewy bagels it would be worth buying. I did my first pizza tonight-wow. It was just a store bought fresh pizza. I didn't even do it right-the booklet said to preheat the pizza pan that came with the oven but it was on second page-too late for me-already had pizza in the oven. No worries. It was delicious. I won't use my regular oven ever again. Oh. Bagels. Delicately browned tops over warm chewiness. Perfect. I also love corn flake crusted fish and chicken done on air fry setting, toasting takes a few minutes longer than a regular toaster but the results are worth it and you get used to waiting because the toast is seriously better than traditional toaster toast.
Yes-this is more expensive than many but supports the idea that you get what you pay for. Controls are smooth and quality, oven looks good and performs very well!

High Pitch Ringing

Just received this oven, plugged it in, and noticed this high pitch ringing noise. I know it’s from this oven because it stops when I unplug it. It is beyond miserable. Breville is aware of this issue and there’s even a YouTube video on it, but I guess they do not feel like doing anything about it. Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning
