I AM ACTUALLY TRAINED AS A PROFESSIONAL CHEF AND HAVE A WOLF OVEN WHICH I LOVE BUT NOW RARELY USE. I FIND THE BREVILLE SMART OVEN PRO FITS ALL MY NEEDS WITHOUT HAVING TO PREHEAT A LARGE OVEN FOR ROASTING VEGGIES. COULD NOT BE WITHOUT IT!!

Awesome appliance...
This is our second oven our first oven became problematic concerning the stop start switch.
I looked at everything available and came back to Breville. Easy to use easy to clean cooks perfect food every time, we hardly use our regular large oven. My only issue is I would prefer that although this oven is designed in Australia it like many of the worlds products is assembled in China. It would speak volumes if it was completed from design to finished shipped product "Made in Australia".

fabulous addition to the kitchen

Took a little work to master cooking times and temps. After you get it down just program the settings the same each time and it will come out the same every time. We've been using ours for 3 years now without issue. To keep it clean, wipe any spills, splashes, or crumbs as soon as possible for the easiest care. Great on the holidays for an extra oven or to keep warm. Bought one for each child as they loved ours.
