WHy is he Air Fryer (860) more expensive than the Air (900) when it is smaller with fewer functions ??

I love this little oven. My only complaint is that the rim around the wire rack makes it challenging to get the pizza pan, or any pan without a rim, off of the rack. I've burned myself trying.

It sounds like you may have the wire rack in upside down. Please try putting the wire rack in so that any type of rim faces down. This should allow the pizza pan to slide out easily.

I have had this oven for a few years now. It’s just okay. Nothing outstanding about it. Totally overpriced as are all the other Breville products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can you please clarify whether the dimensions listed for this product (15 inches depth) is with the door open or closed?
Further, can you please explain what else comes with a purchase of The Smart Over Air Fryer? For example, does it come with a crisper tray, baking pan or drip tray?
