Having great success so far. Contrary to some reviews, controls are easy to understand and use. No where near the sound level some have complained about, no issues. Had to wait for long back order, but well worth it.

I have had a Breville Smart Oven for 5 years and really love it but I recently upgraded to the Smart Oven with Air Fryer and it's amazing! I've never used better appliances in my life! I love the blue color, it looks beautiful in my kitchen. I can highly recommend it!

Does It All Brilliantly!

As a person with severely low vision, I can no longer use the oven in my stove safely and suffered many burns trying. My Breville Smart Oven Air is now my only oven, I use it daily, and I absolutely love it! I use all its functions which brilliantly do things for me I could not do otherwise. It extends my capabilities far beyond what regular sized large appliances can do for me. From making toast to dehydrating veggies and everything in between, this oven delivers consistently superior results. I depend on it totally for so many things, and it never fails to perform outstandingly.

Wish I read the distinctions between this unit and the Pro version before purchasing and was disappointed to see the Joule version came out shortly after I purchased this model. I tried to exchange it to upgrade to the Joule version but was just outside Best Buy's 14 day exchange policy and was denied. One of the reasons I was interested in the Smart Oven Air Fryer was because I thought I would be able to fit one of my Le Creuset dutch ovens in it for the slow cooking function. It turns out that only the Pro model would have allowed any of them to fit inside to use the slow cooker function. Additionally, this version only came with one rack vs. two. I've used this unit much less than I would have if the descriptions of the differences between the regular and Pro versions would have been clearer and should have went with the Pro model. Otherwise, it works ok for toast and bagels; baking small items; but not as well as an air fryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
