[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This expresso maker is everything a girl and guy could ask for! There are so many customizations to choose from. I absolutely love how you can grind your own beans and still choose to use already ground coffee. It's seems extremely durable and long-lasting. My favorite is the cleaning process. When you intailly start it up, it does an initial warm-up/ ensuring old coffee isn't stuck in the lines. Whenever you're done making whatever coffee selection you choose, it also runs a cycle of water through to ensure the lines stay fresh and bacteria free! This thing is a beast I'm beyond impressed with all of the selections.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my favourite thing ever. it is so easy to use and operate, with a very straightforward interface. i tried the espresso and the flavour and quality was quite rich. there is a grinder so you can use fresh beans, and it doesnt make much sound. overall its great as we are many members and everyone can customize according to their preferences of froth, temperature, etc. not worried about cleaning as it has an automatic cleaning function as well. what a beautiful addition to my kitchen space, i love it.

I’m happy with the machine. Easy press of buttons. Easy to clean. I like how easy it is to change out the bean hoppers. The water tank doesn’t hold much water but it’s easy to lift it up and put back, so it’s not a big deal. My biggest drawback is that you can’t fit very tall cups up under it. I was very disappointed to see it didn’t raise very high.

I'm loving my new Rivelia and all of the different coffees it makes, especially the Cappuccinos and Lattes. I love how easy it is to adjust beverage size, intensity, and density of the foam, and being able to save my settings. I have several other electric coffee makers as well as a pour-over system but the Rivelia has now replaced all of them.
My suggestion for improving the machine is a cosmetic change. The volume measurements on the milk carafe are really hard to see since they're lightly etched into the side of the translucent carafe; I would prefer it if they were printed on the carafe in a contrasting color.
Also, since I count calories, I would like to have access to a chart or table listing the number of oz or ml of milk used in each size of each type of milk drink. The instruction manual has a "Drink quantity table" but it's not specific enough to be useful.

Great for A expresso Novice.

Bought this coffee maker a month ago being a novice with espresso machines. It was easy to use and provided a wide variety of different options. Both Cold and hot brew. Purchased the cold brew attachment and some wonderful ice coffee. Decaf bin great for evening coffee.

I reviewed a collection of videos and and writeups on several super auto espresso machines before purchasing the Delonghi Rivelia. I was initially hesitant to purchase because some of the reviews complained that the milk beverages were not hot enough. I find them to be perfectly fine. Great little machine so far - 3 weeks in.

Love it. One of the best I have had. I think it is better than the Jura that we had previously. Very easy to use and it steps you through the process
