Extremely high quality and a amazing value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I couldn’t believe my eyes when I set them on this machine. Not only is it an espresso machine but it also a cold brew coffee maker. It also has a 3.5” full touch display to help you make your selection. You can select from a number of milk temperatures and foaming levels while using the latteart steam wand. I was also very surprised by how easily I was able to clean it after every use so far. I love this espresso machine.

Nice touch screen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big coffee snob and have always wanted to try an espresso machine. I was a bit intimidated while setting up the machine but the step by step instructions in the manual and the touch screen make it very easy! If I can set it up and use it anyone can. The touch screen is a nice touch and you can make several different type of drinks with just a touch of a finger. The Bean Adapt Technology is one of my favorite features on this machine and has made it easy to adjust the machine to the type of coffee beans you are using. The dosing and tamping guide makes allows the process to be less messy and the tamper with the numbers ensures you have the right amount of grounds. Delonghi is a well-known brand in the coffee community and I can now attest to why it is. This machine is incredible and gorgeous. It’s great for first time users or experienced espresso machine users.

Easy to use and smooth brew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had an espresso machine in my life. I have seen them but never actually used one and this delonghi was so easy to use. The instructions were very clear and getting it up and running was pretty simple. The brew was so good! Nice and aromatic and smooth. I look forward to using this alot more when company comes over so we can show off our new espresso machine

An espresso machine with a built in guide!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine does A LOT! I do have some issues, but I want to start with the good stuff, since there is much to appreciate with this machine.
Pros:
- The setup is easy. The onboard LCD screen serves as a guide. I did not even need to reference the manual once, which was a pleasant experience!
- The portafilter that comes with it is very nice and it also comes with some great accessories to make your tamping experience much easier by removing the guesswork!
- The LCD display is very intuitive. I was able to navigate it without referencing the manual at all.
- I love that you can customize your own recipes. It’s great if you have a drink that you make during one part of the year, like a summery drink, but then forget the process during the remaining months and want to make it again.
- The drip tray was very easy to clean.
- The first drink I made, an Americano, was very tasty! This is a testament to how they have pre-dialed in the settings right in the menu.
Cons:
- It’s very bulky. You’ll need to dedicate a good amount of space for it. It does come with the grinder, so maybe that will save space for you?
- The milk latte “art” feature, was misleading. It made me think It was going to make a fancy design in my drink, but it’s just a frother. No art. I don’t know why it mentions the word art at all.
- The biggest gripe for me is the build quality. It’s not a huge problem until you start adjusting the grinder settings. I felt like the grinder was going to break when I went to adjust it.

Versatile beautiful machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stainless steel machine looks very polished in my kitchen! I love that it has a variety of coffee options for different members of the family. It is easy to clean except for the bean hopper because you cannot take it off. I was able to achieve my first latte art with a little practice in the last 2 weeks! The machine is also pretty quiet which is a bonus.

Starbucks at home!

I love how easy it is to make so many different brews and I found the quality is perfect after each use. It is also extremely easy to clean and maintain which I appreciate for such a fancy looking espresso machine. Overall, I love how it works and I know it will continue to save me money thanks to being able to replicate my favorite drinks!

Best coffee maker that was ever made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so in love with this machine. I’ve used the la specialista before but now it has a touchscreen so it’s even better. They are the elite coffee makers. I don’t even need to go out and get an iced coffee anymore because this makes it so delicious. You can customize your coffee anywhere you want and it’s the easiest thing in the world and most delicious thing in the world.
