User friendly and qualityyy

Although it’s a process to get a cup of coffee, the quality is worth it. Super excited to start buying local coffee beans instead of buying Pods all the time!

Best appliance ever!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Literally the best appliance ever created!!!! My husband and I are heavy coffee drinkers. I love cold brew and he loves espresso. This machine makes both!!! Previously we had a cheap espresso maker. It did the job but my husband says his espressos now are perfect. I was making cold brew frequently in a jug in the fridge and I was never able to make it just right. Now it's perfect! I would recommend this a million times!!!!

Barista quality - easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are absolutely in love with this espresso machine. It grinds, brews, and steams milk for several kinds of coffee drinks. Set up is easy and it customizes the water temperature to your beans. The screen guides you through each step so that it's foolproof. I do think it should give you more time for each step, but there is an option for more time if you need it. I also wish the hopper was removable for cleaning. However overall I love this.

I steered away from manual espresso machines because let’s face it, they can look intimidating and complicated. But wow, when I tell you this machine is truly beginner friendly it is not an exaggeration. The touch screen walks you step by step on how to ensure the you make espresso - from initially setting up, to perfecting the correct grind with BeanAdapt, to so much more. And the cold brew option!? Amazing. I never knew how easy (and tasty) making espresso at home could be.

Amazing and beautiful machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that this machine is amazing and useful to create your own café coffee at home. My favorite to make is the latte machiato. The options are amazing and you can refine the grounds to your own personal taste preference. You cans you're gonna love it. I am in love with this machine and am so grateful to have it. I highly recommend using milk instead of coffee creamer in the frother. I enjoy how many different options for coffee there are, and even the cold brew is awesome. The cold brew takes a few minutes longer to make and it so worth it. I prefer this to starbucks any day

Easy to use and surprisingly quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first "fancy" espresso machine. It is incredibly easy to use: you just follow the prompts on the screen. I was expecting it to be loud with the grinding and the steam, but it was surprisingly quiet! I'm looking forward to experimenting more with it. I'm going to start a list of drinks I want to try.

Easy to use, even for a beginner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So impressed by this machine! I’m a coffee and espresso novice, so dove head first into learning everything I needed to know. This proved to be helpful, but unnecessary as the La Specialista walked me through every step! You truly don’t have to have any knowledge of coffee to make a cup with this machine. I appreciated the easy to use touch screen, that literally walked my step by step to make every drink. I found it easy to clean after using. There are a lot of parts to clean, which was overwhelming at first. But after a few times I quickly got used to it. I was also extremely impressed with the auto milk froth. It perfectly heated and filled the included cup/pitcher, and is a special touch to the drinks.
