I guess I need to open a coffee shop now

From the moment I started using it, I felt like a professional barista—minus the stress. It’s one of those rare machines that manages to be both incredibly capable and genuinely fun to use. The touchscreen interface is sleek and extremely responsive, making it feel modern without being complicated.
One of the standout things for me was how quiet it is. Even while grinding fresh beans and pulling a shot, it runs with an impressively low hum. That’s a huge bonus when you’re making early morning espresso and don’t want to wake up the whole house. And speaking of grinding—being able to use fresh ground beans at home with this level of precision is honestly unmatchable by any other device I’ve used. The built-in grinder and smart tamping system really do make a difference in both flavor and consistency.
The coffee itself? Absolutely delicious. Every shot comes out rich, smooth, and full of flavor, with just the right balance of crema. There’s also a surprising level of customization—you can fine-tune grind size, temperature, and milk texture to suit your preferences, which makes the experience feel deeply personal without being overwhelming.

It’s amazing get it 100%

It makes the best brew for my iced coffee it’s quite and fast and after reading the instructions a couple of times I finally got it down pact , sometimes it can be difficult to comprehend all its quirks and abilities but it’s fairly easy to grasp. It cleans very easily and the attachments can be placed in the dishwasher. You can preset for your liking and it was easy to find the best roast for espresso. I am so beyond happy with this . Thank you 😊

This espresso machine change my everyday coffee routine. Now my morning start with this.You can make espresso, latte,cold brew,regular coffee & cappuccino all in one machine. It have automatic frothing. This machine is easy to use. Also best part is you can select how strong or light you want your coffee. Now set up this machine is so easy & user friendly. I am really happy with this machine. I love everything about this coffee machine. Also cleaning process is easy. I recommend this espresso machine to everyone who loves coffee.

So this was a perfect addition to the family. So far easy to clean. No issues with brewing or use. Looking forward to the months to come but so far very excited and loving my new coffee

So many different options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first unboxed this machine I was a little intimidated, it’s definitely an upgrade from my Nespresso. It came with so many “tools” and features. Unfortunately my water tank lid came broken but for now, it still functions. This machine has so many different drink options ranging from a simple shot of espresso to a cold brew. I feel that this machine is perfect for a beginner the screen really gives you step by step instructions. It also tells you if your espresso is flowing too quickly and what grind setting to try to perfect it. The milk frothing feature even has a option for plant based milk. The reasons I didn’t give a full five star review is because the bean hopper doesn’t seem to come off so I’m unsure how to clean it or take all the beans out to switch to a different coffee. Another reason I gave 4 starts is because there isn’t a option for a cold frothed milk for a iced drink. There’s so many positive things I could say about this machine and all of its features. I would recommended it to anyone looking to upgrade their coffee experience.

High quality coffee at home

The machine was extremely easy to set up using the quick guide, I did it whilst on a video call with my parents with no issues. The touch screen is brilliant and it means I can tweak each type of drink to exactly how I like and it's ready to go!
I've made flat whites, lattes, cappacinos and cold brews so far and it has been a pleasure. I love that the machine itself is also compact and fits in my tiny kitchen well. I'm able to buy high quality coffee beans and coffee beans from my favourite chain (Costa) and make amazing brews. The milk frother is good and has inspired me to start practicing latte art.
Aesthetically it looks brilliant and the finish makes it easy to clean, the drip tray etc are all easy to clean. My only concern is that you can't remove the hopper to clean and that worries me as I feel like this might cause problems after some time with ground coffee build up. It is noisy but not really any noiser than other machines so it doesn't personally bother me.
This has totally transformed my mornings and I look forward to making my coffee now, I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to test this!

The Bean Adapt Technology really brings out the flavor in every shot, and the built-in grinder is super convenient. I also appreciate the option to froth milk manually or automatically depending on my mood. Sleek design, great performance, and totally worth the investment. It is also very easy to clean. My morning coffee has never been better!
