Guided brewing makes it almost foolproof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how foolproof the brewing process is with this machine. The step by step guidance makes it easy to get a perfect espresso every time, even if you’re new to it. It doesn’t make much noise while brewing. I also like that I am able to now get cold brew in just a few minutes. With the brewing process I’ve been able to get smooth and refreshing taste for each drink I’ve tried. Having this at home is super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone who wants cafe quality drinks without the guesswork! I was incentivized for my review.

I love that I can grind my coffee.. walks you right through the process to reach the perfect grind level. All the different drink options is amazing! The touchscreen is perfect and the whole process is so easy to follow. Drinks turn out amazing.

I previously had a Breville but this is definitely an upgrade. It is such high quality! I am very excited to continue creating amazing coffee every morning. 10 out of 10. It’s not just beautiful on the counter—it’s genuinely functional with features that make brewing feel both luxurious and foolproof. The BeanAdapt Technology, built-in grinder, and automatic frother create barista-quality results every time, whether I’m making a latte, espresso, or cold brew.
One of the biggest surprises has been how user-friendly it is, even for someone who isn’t a coffee expert. The touchscreen guides you through every step, and the customizable recipes are a great touch. But beyond the brewing, I also appreciate that De’Longhi clearly thought about day-to-day use—including cleaning.
Maintenance & Cleaning:
Cleaning is straightforward and doesn’t feel like a chore. The machine prompts you when it’s time to rinse components, and the drip tray and used grounds container slide out easily for quick emptying. The milk frother has an auto-cleaning feature that flushes itself with hot water and steam—huge bonus for avoiding buildup. I also descale it monthly using De’Longhi’s descaling solution, which the machine walks you through with on-screen instructions. As long as you’re rinsing the parts regularly and wiping the exterior, it stays in excellent shape.

The Perfect Espresso Machine!

I was worried when it came in that it would be overly complicated as I am not very tech-savvy, however the set-up was extremely easy as the manual thoroughly explained each part and the screen gave very simply step by step instructions. It is perfect for a newer espresso machine user, as it lets you know if you need to grind the beans finer and how much to fill the portafilter. The automatic steamed milk wand is an added bonus for the perfect latte. I love how beautiful and sleek the machine looks on my counter.

I also like every feature from the bean grinder and how it instructions you to reach the max potential and the best coffee. It took me 2-3 tries to make the best extraction. Also the bean is very important. Find fresh beans and you will get the best coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, let me start by saying this espresso machine is by far the absolute BEST coffee maker I’ve ever used! I am a huge coffee drinker and love a great coffee. I normally purchase Starbucks or Dunkin coffee’s but I’ve been making my own coffee at home for a week now since receiving this in the mail, and I’m loving it! You can customize the settings to your liking to create the perfect drink for your taste. You can choose from single shot espresso, to double shot espresso if you need an extra kick. The coffee maker isn’t too loud and brews quickly in under a minute. There’s self cleaning options to give you the extra comfort of keeping the machine extra clean. I was a little intimidated by this when I first opened it because the machine itself is fairly big and heavyweight and very fancy, but the instructions were so easy and after playing with it for a bit, I feel much more comfortable using it. I’ve made so many delicious coffees with it and so far they’ve been amazing! I love the espresso, I love the frothing options, it’s literally the perfect machine. Oh! And for all you iced coffee drinkers, there’s an ICED COLD BREW OPTION! This coffee maker has it all, it’s top tier perfection. This is going to save me so much money and allow me to invest a bit into buying my own quality ingredients to make amazing coffee in the comfort of my own home at a fraction of the price of going out and purchasing coffee elsewhere.
