Not sure on this product yet…here’s why

Still need more time but here are my initial thoughts.
Positives:
1. Very comfortable on head and adjustable is great.
2. Sound is very good overall. Like the use of sonar.
3. Like the ability to select type of sound (ie: Marvel Rivals customization)

Negatives:
1. Headset lost power and couldn’t get it to turn back on. Had to hard reset the headphone after trying a few things.
2. Sound cuts out. Almost like it’s lagging out. Did not have this issue with previous steel series headset. Trying to figure out the issue.
3. Cannot connect the headphones to the app. Again,still working on this but am hopeful.

Overall, when it works, it’s a great product. Really like SteelSeries.
But on a daily basis when the sounds cuts out even though I’m connected to my pc, I’m just not sure what the issue is.

i bought these since my old ones finally got so worn that i felt it needed a replacement - mind you they still work after 3 years, but one of the headphone pads popped off. now i've got these new ones which fit so nicely, don't hurt my ears, and i feel has so many better features than my old ones! definitely an upgrade!

I bought this headset a month ago. This headset is awesome, doesn’t compress your head, very comfortable to wear. chatmix is a luxury for it’s right audience. love was put into this product.

Upgraded from the older Arctis 7 from like 6 years ago.
This is a awesome upgrade. Better sound quality. Feels about half the weight and size when wearing. All in all would definatly recomend. I have not tried out the app yet but im sure its similar tot he GG software.

Premium headset

I wanted a headset that gives me premium sound, gaming utilities and variety of options through it's app. I'm very happy for both the material quality, along with it's comfortability on my ears and lightness, and the sound it produces with rich bass as I needed. The plethora of options to personalize the experience for different apps is a must.
