This mouse is genuinely too hard to hold on to because it's so slippery. I've gotten hand cramps and had to buy/add grip tape just to be able to use it. I have a large hand, so the size fits perfect for me, but it's impossible to get any grip on it. The haptic feedback is cool, if not a little gimmicky... I hope it catches on and more apps develop plugins to use it, because right now there are very few.
Very cool mouse i am coming from a mx master 3, don't really see the need to upgrade, but i like the quieter clicks and the haptic feedback is not that bad
My favorite feature is the scroll wheel and allows very fast scrolling. It fits my hand well and is comfortable to use. It has all the buttons and functions I would ever need. It is very fast and accurate. The rechargeable battery stays charged for a long time.
excellent iteration in the series. i believe i have owned all 4, and in fact purchased the master 4 after being prompted by a mailer. i am extremely fortunate to not have to think about a budget with regards purchasing my office tech. for me there is value in incremental advances and i do like the actions ring, despite that being a software advancement, rather than hardware.
The fact that it is silent is the cherry on top! The movement is smooth. And the app is super intuitive and covers everything I need to be able to modify.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my eye on a MX mouse for years, and the mx master 4 is pretty neat! I mostly use the side scroll function, which is clutch for dealing with large spreadsheets, though there are lots of more advanced ways to use the mouse’s programmable buttons and gestures. My only real complaint is that it feels heavy and too big for my hands - like it was designed to be ergonomic for Big Man Hands, but not the average human adult. I prefer the size and shape of my old wired Hero gaming mouse, also from Logitech, which I use on my work PC.

This is a great mouse. I've had every version of the MX Master over the years and I've loved them all. I'm hard on mice (I'm a habitual click-click-click person), and these hold up really well.
