Pretty little joke

These are the first ovens I’ve ever owned that don’t allow the timer to sound loud enough to alert. When setting the “cook time,” you are allowed one low beep, then the oven shuts off. The “timer” option allows a multi tone alert, however if you’re not standing RIGHT next to the ovens, you’ll never hear it.
Furthermore, if you’re using both ovens, you are only allowed one timer in use, the lower oven requires the “cook time” option only, and I don’t want the oven to shut off, so I won’t use it.
The oven works fine so far, but I’ve only had it for about a week. I’m not sure why we are regressing in simple technological capabilities, such as sounding alarms. I’m not interested in using my phone to work the thing either. I’d like a normally functioning oven that beeps properly and allows both ovens to do so accordingly.
Figuring out if the oven is preheated is also guest work because there is NO sounding alarm for preheat whatsoever. It’s aesthetically, beautiful, but I don’t want it to only be that. I’m assuming the pre-existing reviews were paid for by people who did not have to pay full price for the product. If you want pretty, buy it. If you want common features, don’t.

Great oven

Too expensive to not work & KitchenAid isn’t fixin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven turns itself off at high temperatures. The vent was bent at install. It’s now been 2 months and I cannot get KitchenAid to fix it. It’s not worth the money I spent on it. It then spewed like an orange dust in the oven from the fan after it clicked off the first time and no one has any idea what it is nor can it be cleaned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Precise Temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The double overs are fabulous and so easy to operate. They cook a litttle higher than I was used to before with an old set of ovens. But these are perfectly tuned to the correct temperature settings.

The best double ovens I've ever had!!! The learning curve is fast and the controls become easier with use. The pizza mode is the bomb, cooks just a pizza oven. Baked atleast 50 loaves of sourdough and they've all turned out perfectly.

The inside is spacious and is able to fit a tremendous amount of food. The buttons are high up so child safety. The installation was a breeze and took all of 10 minutes to lift, place and plug in. So far I am extremely impressed with the quality

Great Ovens!!!

The ability to preheat the ovens for the cell phone interface is such a game changer. Simply have the ovens preheat on your way home so that you can get your meal on the table faster for your family. The exterior finish and interior illumination also add to it's clean look.
